This is a smaller version of the tunnel next to it in order for the stream to run through it and avoid the walk path next to it as both of them run under the railroad tracks that sit above them and are still in use today. Originally made of stone most of it has now been repaired with concrete, although both are in disrepair and soon will have to be replaced.
