It was the end of a long day trying to get "the perfect shot". Nothing really to "write home" about with what I found to shoot. I took a side road on the way home and "discovered" the reservoir that had been there for 70 years. I was intrigued by the water and the views. As the sun was starting to set, I pointed the camera right at the sun and was amazed at what came out when I uploaded it on to the computerEditing

I now carry an updated camera, Nikon D7100. Since I'm outside, and most of the time around water, I have a B & W polarizing filter on my lens which is a telephoto 18 -140 mm.Feedback
Timing is everything in photography, and when timing is off, a good editor helps. I lucked out on the timing, and I like the PaintShop editor for post processing.
