Behind The Lens

Location

This is taken in the Arctic, Svalbard Archipelago.

Time

This is taken midday around 1-2pm.

Lighting

In this one it was important for me to have natural light with some clouds so the sun doesnt give the "yellow" color to the polarbear.

Equipment

This one i used the Canon 5ds and canon 800mm on a manfrotto tripod.

Inspiration

This one I just wanted to have a peaceful look since everybody knows its the biggest predator on earth.

Editing

I adjusted the white balanse a little bit with a little sharpness to it as well. Important to have a natural look.

In my camera bag

I have the Canon 5ds and Canon lenses from 11mm and up to 800mm. One flash, filters and extra batteries.

Feedback

First of all it requires alot of patient and the most important thing is always play it safe. They will and can attack!
