One morning, a guineafowl came out of her hidden nest with just born babies and I noticed another guinea picking at them to kill them. I managed to rescue four of them and put them one by one under a hen who had four chicks. She accepted them.Today, I managed to move the cage in an enclosed area and let them wander around secure. Surprisingly, the guineafowl flew in and joined the hen and shared the babies. No fight at all. Here is a chick under the guineafowl.
