Behind The Lens

Location
this was taken on the beach at Whitstable, Kent, England
Time
it was taken about midday
Lighting
purely natural light
Equipment
I used a canon 700d. I have 2 lenses , a 18/55 & a 55/250, I can't remember offhand which one I used
Inspiration
my wife & I took some bread with us to the beach with the intention of feeding the gulls & hopefully capturing some good shots. I did take a lot as the gulls were numerous & flying all around us. I admit I didn't know how this looked until I got home & viewed it on my pc.
Editing
I don't do much post processing, mostly due to ignorance. I just cropped the image & added a bit of warmth.
In my camera bag
I have a canon 700d & 2 lenses, 18-55 & 75-250. I also carry a few filters
Feedback
I will be honest, I am purely amateur, not fully understanding aperture & iso settings etc. a lot of my animal shots I achieved either through perseverance or luck, being in the right place at the right time.
