Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken around the Ambleside Beach area.
Time
This was during a windy mid afternoon with a slight overcast cloud cover and a brisk wind blowing.
Lighting
There was nothing exceptional about the lighting, it was all natural light and not even a reflector used.
Equipment
I used my Nikon D5300 with a Nikon 85mm / F1.8 / iso 200 at 1/250.
Inspiration
I was shooting the model in various locations around the area, when I decided review some of the shots I had just taken. After about a minute or 2 I looked up at the model and saw her standing looking into the wind. I raised my camera and snapped this shot. We both decided to call it a day after that shot probably because we both knew on that day that was "the shot"
Editing
Yes, I converted to B&W, adjusted contract, and adjusted lights and darks.
In my camera bag
Currently I pack around a tripod, Nikon D7100, Nikon 18-300mm / 50mm / 35mm. Once in a while I'll pack my 85mm. I have a flash, reflector, and a trigger for off camera flash work.
Feedback
Shoot, shoot, shoot. That's it. Don't think too much about it, don't hesitate. Just shoot.
