This is one of my more eye catching photos from the week I was in Wyoming. This photo was taken right as the sun was rising, a little before 7 am! I had no problem getting up early for this shoot, but the hardest part I had was keeping my footing on the steep hill I was standing on!Lighting
The best part about this photo is the lighting. I only used natural light for this photo! Perks of getting up early is being able to use the sun rise to my advantage for beautiful photos! The dust kicking up in the photos was an added bonus.Equipment
This photo was shot with an Olympus OM-D EM-1 with a 40-150mm f/2.8 pro lens. There was no other equipment used for this.Inspiration
What inspired me to take this photograph was just how in awe I was of the scenery. I myself am a 'cowgirl' so being able to see cowboys riding up towards me was a memory I wanted to capture and hang on to forever.Editing

I dont typically carry much in my bag, the lighter the better! I keep my camera, two lenses, a handful of memory cards, two spare batteries, a ND filter, handheld light meter, and a cloth for my lens!Feedback
The best advice I can give is to never stop shooting, and the earlier you wake up the better! If you want to photograph something during the sunrise, get to your destination while it is still dark out so you have enough time to find the perfect spot, and tinker with your camera settings!
