With my impending move to Colorado in a couple of weeks, I took a final trip to Elowah Falls and Upper McCord Creek Falls to explore the fall colors in the Columbia River Gorge with my son. We had a blast hiking through the woods and finding all kinds of awesome nature to take in. My son was really in love with the huge leaves that had fallen from the trees. I'm going to miss having these waterfalls so close to home!
A few details about this shot. I used my 14-24 @ 14mm and shot three photos in landscape orientation going from bottom to top with about 50% overlap in each photo and then stitched it together as a panorama, and cropped to 5x4 aspect ratio. I used a circular polarizer as well to take out the reflections on the rocks, etc. Hope you like it.
