I have seen a double rainbow just like this but did not have a camera in hand...it's so beautiful to see the double rainbow.

This is a beautiful shot. I would suggest one enhancement perhaps is to remove the cable running across the top by just cropping it out so that both rainbows peak at the thirds of the frame - but that's just me. It's a great shot regardless.
