This idea came from a color intervention assignment. I wanted to make it more than just a color intervention, but an intervention of space as well, in more than just the literal sense. I was interested in the way a partially nude person would interact in these different details of an urban environment. I was also thinking of the plays between comfortable and uncomfortable, as well as natural and unnatural. The reason for the color green was due to a more literal sense of green being associated with nature, and these were taken in Philadelphia, a complete urban environment. I wanted a hybrid between the two. I was also thinking about that in a more metaphorical way regarding women's bodies.
