I had been trying to shoot another feature in the area but it kept raining. The people I was staying with suggested I try this valley. 27 kilometers of snow capped mountains.Editing

At the time of capture I had A Cannon 7D, and a 40 D, Canon 24 -105 and 100 - 400 L Series lenses with Daylight filters for protection and Canon 100mm Macro Lens. Auto shutter release. This was my standard carry kit at the time. Manfrotto tripod.Feedback
Seek out the best location the first choice is not always the best spot. Use a high f stop f22 or higher with camera mounted on a tripod.and use a shutter release I find this to be the best method for clean and sharp landscapes.
