Behind The Lens

Location

During my last trip to New York City, I chose iconic spots and historical d city to carry out a photo shoot with a different view of the city. My stay took place during the early summer, which allowed registering dramatic skies, running from NYC gray sky, the result is photos of a Black and White richness incredibly rich and dramatic.

Time

around 15:30 p.m.

Lighting

in the case of this photo just by the natural light of the sun.

Equipment

Canon EOS 5D SR, tripod manfroto, Lee Filters and a remote control by Canon.

Inspiration

portray the architectural icons of NYC with an artistic look, show your details, your icons through my perspective and my gaze.

Editing

I adjust the colors, saturation, contrasts and realce of brigths. For the dramatical visual effects of fine art, I has used the Lumenzia Panel for generate 16 bit masks on Photoshop.

In my camera bag

Hasselblad H4D 40, Canon EOS 5D SR, Lenses wide angle ( 16-35mm Canon 15mm Sigma, 24-70 II Canon, Canon70-200 II mm, 28mm Hasselblad, 50-110mm Hasselblad, 80 mm Hasselblad, 120 mm Hasselblad, Tripod and Ball head Manfroto, Flash 600 EX-RT Canon, Lanter Led Flash Light

Feedback

It is always important to feel the moment, feel the place and put your feelings before you press the camera button. Integrates with its history, with its references and the people around you. Observe more and put poetry in his eyes. Good photos come with the maturation of the exercise and how much love you put into your picture.
