How did you make the shot with the clouds looking stretched across the sky and keeping the hospital the main focus?

probably a 10 stop nd filter. allows you to use extemly long exposures (streaking clouds ) while focusing on the main structure (the hospital).

What a fantastic photo. The contrast of the fluid sky and the pinpoint sharp building makes it seem hyper-real and reminds me of David Lynch.
