It was an cool invigorating day. My guide (my daughter) and I drove to Kilarney from Kenmare on the last day of our long weekend exploring the Beara pninsula and Kenmare Bay. We stopped for awhile at Moll's Pass, an overlook with a grand view of County Kerry lakes region, including Kilarney National Park, and Macgillcuddy's Reeks, Ireland’s tallest mountains, in the distance. I took this shot of her overlooking the scene. It may look like she is “on the edge of the world”, but actually it was only a slight rise on a gentle (though rocky) slope… But it was a very dramatic view.
