Beautiful! Love the way she is leaning in the window. Her position is perfect. The lighting, especially on her hair is perfect. The color and the texture add to the allure of this photograph. There is just a little too much glow, a noticeable aura around her head. That is the only correction I would make.

Location
The photograph was taken in August 8th 2012.Time
AfternoonLighting
The photograph was taken after sunset so the light was soft.Equipment
I did not use any tripod or flash.Just my Nikon D7000 and an 18-105 mm lens.Inspiration
The most inspiring thing during the whole photo session was the girl's personality. She was not faking any expressions. She was just being herself. She was really calm and wondering the whole time. She is a sensitive person and this can be easily seen in the photograph.Editing
Yes, I just enhanced the colors and corrected a little bit the lighting trying to focus on the girl's face and eyes.In my camera bag
Not too many things. Just my camera and a tripod in case I want to record video too.Otherwise I concentrate on my lenses trying to have with me the 20mm,1.8 lens, 50mm, 1,8 or my 85 mm lens with 1,8 f.stop (all Nikkor lenses)Feedback
Just try to embrace the person's personality. Be careful to detail and where you decide to put the model. Don't force things. Be relaxed. Pay attention to the colors and the frame. Decide what do you want to keep and what to eliminate from your frame. Eyes are important. Always concentrate on the model's eyes as they have a big impact on the final result.
