Around my house, Cardinals are all called Wilson or Mrs. Wilson after the neighbor in the television show "Home Improvement" who always hid his face because that's what they usually do when I get my camera out! My sister always thought they were called Wilson after the volleyball in the film "Castaway" because the handprint looks like the plume on the cardinal head. Both work!

Bored while the adults were decorating for my son's wedding, one of our precious flower girls kept climbing into the window to watch for DART trains.

The little Mandarin duck at the pond seems to have moved on to explore new places but I still have hundreds of photos of him!
