The advice I can give is to try lagoons like this populated by fishermen, the boats I think are good subjects for this type of pictures, find the right day, the right light, it is important that there is no wind otherwise the lagoon does not work well as a mirror! finally a lot of patience to find the right sunrise or sunset!
