Wow, that's an amazing shot. :-)

Thanks Chez, It was quite funny as it was early in the morning and it was obviously a bit docile, but as soon as I grabbed the camera it started poking its tongue out at me hehehe, I was really glad I managed to capture the moment.

If you don't mind me asking, what lens did you use?

Hi Chez, This was taken using the Canon 100mm L IS Macro lens with 52mm extension tubes and difussed flash allowing me to get closer than normal for the shot and control the lighting on the bee, hope that helps.
