Location
This photo was taken in several locations and then, edited, as a collage. Let's say North of Portugal.Time
Again, because the photo is composed by a set of different photos, the time of the day is not always the same, it goes from middle of the afternoon until almost sunset.Lighting
The only importance I gave regarding that, was to get enough light to allow the foreground to be more overexposed than the rest.Equipment

My idea was to create a photo with the theme melancholy in mind. Something very raw, but somehow almost with an esoteric kind of feeling behind it.Editing
This is essentially a collage, so it was all done with some editing, the idea was to create a composition with several layers (foreground, middle ground and background). I wanted to look almost as a photo I could take without any post-processing but within the boundaries of a honest collage.In my camera bag

Advice is a strong word as I'm not any kind of expert, however in my case I believe in thinking in advance what we wish to achieve. I prepared myself before taken the shots as I already knew what kind of composition I was looking for. The rest, probably the most interesting and challenging stage was to mix and bend all the pictures to create the final collage. This stage took me some time to do it and several experiences were made until I was happy with the result.
