I went to one of many fields I found while exploring my state because it had this nice tiny trail as you can see, and that specific day was the right day that I felt like running and get the image I had in my brain. The field in general had this vibrant yellow-green color that caught my attention from the lighting above me.Time
This image was shot before sunset, I wanted that harsh light because that was how I saw it in my head.Lighting
Most of the time lighting can create a lot of moods in the photos you take, create or imagine. I often like cloudy days with some light. It all depends on how I am feeling and the kind of photo I want to achieve.Equipment
I used the only camera I have at the moment, Canon T3 Rebel, I used my 11-26mm Wide angle lens, natural light and photoshopInspiration
The photo was inspired by a song that I was listening to for a couple of days. I had this image in my head of myself running across a field. The feeling of creating something that can stand out.Editing
Yes, I sure did. I manipulated the mountains since those dreamy landscapes do not exist in my home state, sadly. I asked for permission from the artist, the artist did not mind. However, make sure the image is copyright free, if not, ask for permission. This photo in particular had the sun above my head and I knew I had to find the perfect fit to manipulate it and after I found the perfect match which was the image of the mountains I used curves to make it a little bit more eye-catching.In my camera bag

Well, the advice I could give is that if you are lucky to have those dreamy landscapes where you live make sure you have creativity, enthusiasm and a camera; so, grab your camera bag or what you need and bring a friend or do it yourself and run across a safety valley, field of flowers, etc... And be creative. In the other hand, if you are good with post-processing you can add realistic dreamy landscapes to your photos, but make sure you have at least half of the imagination and make your idea come to live.
