This picture of Juno Beach was taken from the Promenade at St Aubin Ser Mer, Normandy in the Summer of 2015, almost exactly 70 years after Canadian troops stormed this exact spot on D Day. The quiet genteel nature of the area is in contrast to the conflict that took part so many tears ago, but the atmosphere of the whole area will not let us forget.
