Behind The Lens

Location

Taken at Borobudur temple, Magelang, Indonesia

Time

This was taken on August 22, 2015 at 6:32 AM

Lighting

The morning light was so beautiful, bright but cool in the eyes

Equipment

Shot on Canon 5D Mkii, with lens Carl Zeiss distagon 18mm, and use a Phottix tripod

Inspiration

This actually is one of my schedule hunting spot when I traveled for 3 days in Yogyakarta city. Borobudur temple is one of the favorite places for hunt sunrise at Yogyakarta area

Editing

I had to develop the raw 2 times, one for the land and one for the sky. Then I proceeded in Photoshop CC, merge the 2 raws using blending technique

In my camera bag

I have a camera Canon EOS 5D Mkii, Canon lens 24-70mm, Carl Zeiss lens 18mm, Canon speedlite 430EX II, Canon shutter release, cleaning tools..and I put all in my Lowerpro camera bag :)

Feedback

If you want to take photos at Borobudur I recommend came very early to get a good spot. Because the place is always crowded with tourists from abroad
