Hoping to get photos of the Perseid Meteor Shower, my husband and I headed to the darkest country road we could find. This road had lots of interesting trees to put in front of the Milky way but we didn't see any meteor shower. However, we are too old and tired to stay up all night, so we started home by 11:30.
