Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken on our pride and joy in Charleston the Arthur Ravenel Bridge.. just turned 10 yrs old after replacing the 1st. Cooper Bridge: John P. Grace Memorial bridge which was over 80 yrs old and getting very dangerous to drive on..so this replacement is the pride and joy of our Holy City!!..
Time
I took this early on a Sunday morning..
Lighting
Only the rising sun..during the golden hour..
Equipment
Nikon D7100 with a 24-70 2.8..
Inspiration
I love the geometric lines and shapes of the cables and spans of this bridge.. makes for some amazing perspectives!..
Editing
Just a small amount of editing.. adjusting the light a little and converting to black and white
In my camera bag
Just my camera a couple of lenses.. my 11-16 super wide angle .. my 24-70 2.8 and a flash..
Feedback
Paying attention to were the light is and how it contrasts against the sky and how you can play with the lines to make it a true geometric image is a personal choice there is a million ways you could take a photo like this.. just have fun!!!..
