I took it under the Eiffel tower by night in August.Time
I took this picture during a night walk , I used a small tripod, I capture the moment. It was about half past ten during the night.Lighting
I wanted to catch the beauty of the lightning on Eiffel tower but also to point out the structure of the building. Therefore I used long time exposition.Equipment

I Had seen during my life Hundreds of pictures of Eiffel tower and I wanted to create a new one from another point of view, trying to show it in its wholness from the bottom and from a hand at the same time. This was possible by using a "fish eye".Editing

Using a full frame , a fish eye and always a tripod, If you are not overwhelming, lens flare can be used for creative compositions.
