Macro photography and combination of high speed photography takes a lot of patience, Controlling the right amount of light is the key to have a sharp image. Basic camera settings for this type of shot is 1/100 of shutter speed, have the ISo on the lowest like 100 and below and your lightings will take cares of the rest
