I took this photo while vacationing in Ottawa, Canada with my daughter. We were walking down the street after visiting the parliament building and a gentleman was on the sidewalk with his parrots. We stopped to take a look and he started putting the parrots on my daughter. She was so thrilled and I managed to snap this picture.Time
