Typical workhorse-type boat built and used on rivers and other inland waters in Croatia and nearby countries. Its construction is all about smiplicity, maximum space, and ability to use shallow water. Built from just about any kind of wood board and caulked with tar-sodden rope, it can be rowed, poled, or also propelled by small outboards. What it can't quite combat is waves... but then, local rivers hardly have any.
