I took this photo 2 months ago in my backyard.Time
I took it in the morning. It was a beautiful morning, the sky was clear and there was still a bit of dew on the mantisLighting
There was nothing special about the lighting besides the fact that it was the dappled morning sunlight.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 700D camera mounted on a tripod. The lens used was a Canon macro lens 100mm.Inspiration
It was all a coincidence. I was trying to take a picture of the mantis only when a fly came along and landed on the mantis' arm.Editing
