We saw this beautiful bear at the BC Wildlife Park while in Canada in 2015. He came out of his cave, walked around right in front of us then scaled the tree...tested all the branches and settled on one to enjoy the view.

One wonders if this bear is really sure he wants to be this high up in a tree--there's a certain nervous look on his face! Great capture.

We watched him for quite some time testing the branches we were so lucky to even see him let alone watch him climb the tree..it was wonderful.
