In Monte Cresia on the "nuraghe sa fraigada", Sardinia. The nuraghe is the main type of ancient megalithic edifice found in Sardinia, developed during the Nuragic Age between 1900 and 730 BCE.

Time

About 22 pm on August 25 2014

Lighting

No lighting, only a shot at 6400 iso.

Equipment

Sony a7 and Samyang 14, tripod, at 30" f2.8 iso 6400

Inspiration

Some friends wanted to see the milky way so I brought them to this place where there is the nuraghe and the sky looks very good, and then I asked them to stay 30 seconds with arms raised for the photo, to pay tribute to the beauty of the stars

Editing

Yes, with Lightroom and Photoshop, astrophotography request post processing, to fix the temperature, constrast and processing the milky way.

Feedback

Night photography requires patience and study, the composition is the most important, then it takes a lot of work in post production. So you have to try and try.
