Welcome to the bug. I love the composition of this photo but you have lost the interesting city scape to darkness. You shot this wide open at F2.2 and a relatively fast shutter speed and very low ISO. Try stopping down to F8 or higher and slow down the shutter speed while increasing you ISO. Use a tripod. It is so difficult to get a sunset and not lose the rest of the shot because the sun takes over our exposure.
