Another example of 'tellygence. Some souls free themselves from cultural self-control when they think no-one is looking. Wild West, East, South or North... nothing ever changes... just puts me in mind again of an old saying how "God must love fools very much, since He made so many of them!" And for ages already there are way too many goofs with guns on Earth.
