I shot this at my home studio.Time
This was taken during a rainy afternoon.Lighting
I used one light behind the backdrop with a shoot through umbrella to soften the light. I also had a small amount of window light camera right.Equipment
I used my old Canon 7D with a 50mm lens.Inspiration
I wanted to see how a strobe would pass through a thin silk sheet I had, because I thought it could make for a cool background.Editing
I did a slight color grading and increased the shadows and contrast a bit.In my camera bag

Don't be afraid to fail. To get this shot it took me at least 20-30 shots.
