The golden colored city lights of St. Louis reflecting off of the Gateway Arch give it this orange-ish glow. There was a street light just below this shot which caused the lighting reflections to appear in the shot. The glowing orb is indeed the moon. I did some color enhancement, but not that much. To this day I am still not entirely shure why-how the sky came out with such a cool color.
