Life Experience

For this Final integrated Assignment, I set out to create a body of work that achieved a range of different aims.

Firstly, during the BA(Hons) top-up year, I have been keen to improve my academic and theoretical understanding of photography. To achieve this I have engaged with a substantial amount of study which included looking at visual semiotics and symbolism within imagery.

I started to photograph objects within spaces and the objects were selected to represent aspects of me and my life, the spaces in the photographs merely represent an environment to view the objects in a visually enhanced way. Light and Place become visual. The objects tell a story of my life.
