I've shot this boat on two separate occasions but never at high tide. The water in the forqround really adds to the photograph.

I have never seen this at high tide either. Was this taken recently, as I do not see the name of the ship. I have posted three photos of this on this site taken several years apart and one hangs in my home as one of my favorites. Point Reyes is a magic place.

Hi baybig, this was taken in Dec of 2014 and I digitally removed the name because originally I had posted this for commercial sale. I do have the original still with the name. Yes this is a beautiful area and my Cypress Tunnel was taken on the same day. Also my photo Labbotts Lagoon is in the same area.

Love this boat. I'm so sorry that I never had a chance to photograph it. It's just a crime that it was a burned and possibly by a photographer doing the steel pad fire swirls around it.
