Has the inspiration of an Ansel Adams composition in awe, but lacks the grey scale densitometry of his high and low ends.

I enjoy landscape photography for that you need LIGHT, COMPOSITION, SUBJECT. for me I enjoy the first light of the day, summer months that means getting up very early, but it is well worth the effort. When you see a Landscape that you like first take what you see, then look at it again and see if you can improve the composition, then lastly look at how the light falls on the landscape, are you there at the right time of the day or even the right time of the year.If taking seascapes you need to check tide tables
