Lovely horseface! My eye gets pulled to the lighter areas in the corners: I would retouch those away if I were you - it takes away from the portrait. Your horse?

Lovely shot. Perhaps less dark area on the right and more on the left. That would balance the photo.. Giving the horse more space to look into.
