Location
This photo was taken at Dakshineshwar, which is located in the suburbs of Kolkata, India. This place is famous for the "almost 200 years old" temple of the Hindu Goddess "Kaali" and is situated on the banks of the river Ganges. This photo was taken from one of the "bathing ghats" (area allotted for the holy dip) at dusk. The adjoining bridge connects Dakshineshwar with the town of Belur situated on the opposite bank of the Ganges.Time
It was around sunset when I got this photo during a lazy stroll along the banks.Lighting
The light here is natural and I don't think I used any flash. I wanted to keep the natural tone of the sky to give a spontaneity to the image.Equipment
This picture was taken by a Kodak point and shoot which I think no longer exists in the market now.Inspiration
I was amazed by how the natural lights transformed such a mundane background into a beautiful enchanting landscape. The crisp rawness of the image mesmerized me.Editing

I capture anything and everything which feels good to my eyes. People around me laugh....they think I am obssessed....but all I know is they don't see what I see...So its natural for them not to understand. All I have to say is-- any picture looks the best if it conveys the "realness"....so that's all I did to have the rawness of the above image. But you should also know that I am a NOBODY....just a person who clicks for fun....so you can ignore my advice.
