I took a similar photo of my son's dog in 2009. This is a newer version, he is 5 years old now. No longer a puppy but will still do just about anything for a treat. don't ya just love the drool?

There ought to be an award for getting the dog to sit that still long enough to take the picture. Drool? Was there a treat involved?

This lovely photo was taken in our backyard when we lived in Idaho. I had taken a similar photo of Wyatt when he was a pup and really wanted to revisit the shot. This time I held a treat in one hand to get him to sit still and so I could capture the perfect expression.Time

I had taken a similar photo of Wyatt in 2009 and wanted to try it again when he was older. By that time, Wyatt had become a drooler when treats were offered..which added the perfect touch to this beautiful portraitEditing
Brightened his eyes, adjusted shadows and brightness. In my camera bag
I'm currently using just a Samsung Galaxy S5. No fancy gear.Feedback
Always look....always pay attention to moments....and use treats
