Thanks. Me to. This is an historic building of Porto City, a place that gave work for many people, now it is closed and for sale for 10 million €. The building id classified as Porto City Portugal architectural and historical heritage, so it has to be preserved, so real estate has to respect that and that might be why it still stands and survives as the owners are obliged to keep it in fairly good condition.
