I took this photo in home country Latvia, Riga. This is my cat Jerry, me and my girlfriend always kidding about Jerry is born to be a photo model.Time
I don t really remember what time of day it was, but definitely it was a middle of the summer and it was sunny. On that time I had dslr for about 3-4 month and I tried to understand how manual mode works. It was in 2012.Lighting
I shot a photo in a shadows in a sunny summer day. In that point of experience I didn't think I understood something about light. But very often I don't understand how things works but I can feel what I need to do. This is one of things I like in photography, maybe it is a inspiration?Equipment
I used a Nikon D3100 with a kit lens 18-55 mm.Inspiration
Hmm I don t really know. It is hard for me to explain all process going inside of me. But for shure big part is a hunger for knowledge and understanding how things works . And of course let's don't forget Jerry is extremely cute.Editing
A minimal post-processing was made, I crop a photo a little bit and change exposure.In my camera bag
I still using D3100 I bought 2012 and a Tamron lens 18-200 mm. nothing much. But I plan to upgrade my self next year to more professional camera and lenses and I want to try a primary lenses too.Feedback
I was shooting in continuous mode. I was lying down on the ground so I can use the view finder. My girlfriend was handy too she play with a cat and throw him a ball so I can think only about the shooting.
