This photo was taken from the dock at my boyfriends cottage Ponhook Lake, Queens County, Nova Scotia, Canada. I spent 2-3 hours on my belly on the dock shooting to get this shot..I am an amateur photographer but I love the hobby..Time

My boyfriend fed these ducks since they were ducklings and he had many photos of them as they grew.. I decided to try and get a shot with full wing spread and this is the resultEditing

We studied the ducks all summer.. watched their habits. and finally figured out when they spread their wings.. use multi-shoot as the full span only lasts a moment.. Good luck..
