The photo was taken at the old Princes Pier site at Port Melbourne,Victoria, Australia. Disused for many years, the old pylons are a favorite with many photographers.Time
The photo was taken on a cloudy day, late afternoon. Luckily there is a concrete forecourt where you can take in the great views.Lighting
Lighting played a great part in the shot, I took many shots waiting for the right light, and reflections. Thankfully there was no bright sunlight, just a slight breeze..Equipment
Camera was a Nikon D3200, lens AF-S Nikkor 28-300mm f3.5/5.6 G ED VR.,also used an old tripod Settings were focal length of 32mm, 1/250, f5.6 ISO 200, Matrix, manual program. Polarising Filter.Inspiration
I had seen many images of this, and decided to visit the site, so glad I did,as it was the perfect day for it.Editing
No Processing as it came from camera, I don't shoot in raw, all my images taken in JPEG.In my camera bag
