It's the old "castle" from pope Adrianus VI. The only Dutch pope we have ever had in Holland. This College is in Leuven (Belgium). Now-a-days it's a student house for the students of Leuven. One of the very best Universities of Belgium.

Thank you very much Ovidiu. The only Dutch pope (although this Residence is in Leuven, Belgium) let this castle (?) build. You enter the place through a large gate, so you are forced to make this capture......
