Location
This photo was taken in St. Moritz, a resort town in Switzerland. My eight year old brother had been granted a wish from the Childrens Wish Foundation, since he had just finished chemo therapy for brain cancer. It was truly a unforgettable trip!!Time
It had just snowed and the sun was shining bright, it was around 2:00 in the afternoon. My family and I decided to take a walk around the lake and perhaps go for a sleigh ride. I happened to glance up and this large snowy mountain with the deep blue sky above caught my attention. I thought it would definitely make a stunning photo!Lighting
There's not much to say about the lighting in this photo. It was not hard to capture this photo without working with the lighting. The sky was a beautiful deep blue, contrasting the white, snowy, mountain nicely.Equipment
I was using a Nikon D3100 with a 18-55 mm lens. Capturing a beautiful image doesn't always require a lot of equipment!Inspiration
I honestly can't answer this question very well since it was mainly only the color and lighting of the mountain that inspired me to capture it in a photo.Editing

I usually carry the 18-55 mm lens, the 55-200 mm, and a wide angle lens along with my ND filters (Which I would highly recommend to any photographer) and my macro filters. I find these things meet my needs well enough when photographing!Feedback
I'd say the most helpful advice I could give to anyone is: Always be on the look out for something interesting to photograph, even when you are in a hurry, pause and snap a photo of whatever that object is. You never know, that one photo could end up being one of the most fantastic images you have ever captured! I always thought, that the only way one could capture, stunning photos was to have an extravagant camera and a abundant amount of equipment. I soon learned that my way of thinking was incorrect and what one really needed to capture those breathtaking images was creativity! If you are a beginner photographer, I encourage you to keep going and don't let others discourage you from being creative.
