It looks like a cross between Jar Jar Binks and Jabba the Hut. Nice shot.

He's one of many green tree frogs that venture into our yardTime
He made his appearance late in the afternoonLighting
I was fortunate enough to have beautiful late afternoon light to capture this imageEquipment
Canon 5D mkii and my tamron 28-75mm lensInspiration
The frog himself! I love the native flora and fauna we have here in Australia, especially when they come into my yard! I don't let them go without snapping a pic of twoEditing
Yes, just a colour boost and some sharpening of the image. In my camera bag
Canon 5D mkii and my tamron 28/75mm. That tamron lives on my camera. I also have a canon 50mm that I adore as wellFeedback
Soft natural light is best, usually in the late afternoon or early morning hours as it cuts down on those pesky harsh shadows. Get down to the animals level. I was laying on the ground for this shot. Getting down to your subjects level changes the whole look of the image. It also allows you to get up lose and personal
