Spent a night at E. C. Manning Provincial Park in BC. Had a long hike the night before up to the viewpoint. My friend and I was trying to drive uphill on this snowy road condition. And we decided to park the car half way and hike up to the viewpoint. Was a 10.5 km in total round trip. Not so bad...? Guess you can say it's nothing if you are an experienced hiker! :D
Anyway... after the long hike, we drove back to the parking lot by Lightning Lake around 2:30am. Set up my tent on the snow and had a few hours of sleep. Woke up right before sunrise time and just enough time to get to this location. Hope you enjoy it!
