I was inspired by the modern lines of this watch that contrasted with the wave of this wood, and creating the look and tones of water reflections, as if this was a treasure washed up on the shore of a lake. This is a composite image from about 6 shots created in Photoshop. Shot with a 5D Mark III, 40mm 2.8 pancake and macro extender tubes. I found this piece of raw cedar while hiking in the forests of Central Florida, and photographed it on glass to get the reflection. I used speedlights with toned cyan & yellow filters.
